Starting to Feel Refreshed

It was so great to sleep in our own bed. You don't realize how much you miss your own house until you aren't there for a while. After we left the hospital, Bob, my mom, bob's mom, my sister, her boyfriend, and I went for dinner at The Boneyard. I ate grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was great! I was so happy I could eat! Then when we went home I just crashed. I went to bed around 11pm. I woke up around 2am with a foot in my rib cage and walked around the house for 30 minutes. Then I tried to sit up but that made it worse so I went back into the bedroom and stood my the bed. Bob jumped up in bed and was freaked out because he didn't realize I had got up. I laid back in bed while he tried to rub the foot out of the rib cage. Eventually we both fell back asleep until around 7am. I am feeling great except for my feet and legs. They are huge. So stinkin packed full of fluids that it hurts to step on them. I went to the grocery store today with my mom and so many people were giving me the look of "watch out that lady is about to burst". We came back to the house and had a cook out with my grandparents, my parents, Bob's mom, and my sister and her boyfriend. It was great fun and they left and now Bob is getting some ice for my feet. My friend, Beth, who is a follower mentioned some ways to try and get the cervix to come forward so Bob and I tried them both. The first one was a handstand. I had him hold my feet while I tried a handstand. I forgot how much weight I had gained and realized very quickly I couldn't hold myself up with my hands and put all my weight on my head. I thought I was going to snap my neck so Bob brought me down very quickly. Next, we go out the ironing board without setting it up, propped it against the couch and I laid on it with my feet up high. We are trying to get the baby to come up so the cervix has the opportunity to get in front of the baby. I could have stayed on the ironing board for a while until I started to feel dizzy from the blood rushing to my head. I do however think that we will be trying that again later on this evening.

okay first of all i don't remember a headstand being mentioned...LOL OH MY GOSH! I cannot believe you tried that and I hope you were joking! A mild incline with the ironing board would be fine just to get him off the cervix and not for that long don't want lightheadedness! Crazy girl! Well it better work, right! Keep us updated and don't do anything too dangerous!
