December Fun and Traditions
And the tradition of cutting down our Christmas tree continues...
This year Carter carried it all by himself to the front gate

Forced family fun is what we are calling it these days...trying hard to capture all the fun together even when not everyone really wants to be there (ha! ha!)

Even Penny and Paisley approve of the tree and their Christmas pajamas.
One of our absolute favorite things to do is get together with Vroomans and Parsons to decorate pre-made gingerbread houses. The kids always have a blast.
We played a silly Saran-wrap game of goodies. The energy and excitement filled the room.
We always end the evening with a game of family knock-out. The past two years I have won both times so this year I created a "trophy" for the event. This was the photo that I sent to the families after the event.
We enjoyed dinner with our favorite couple the Truax's in Oberlin.
Lastly, Bob and I went to our staff Christmas Party in full costume. We were the only ones in costume but that is okay!
