Let all the Christmas begin!

This weekend we celebrated the "Boone" family Christmas.  We headed to the bowling alley first which was great because it was the first time the boys have ever been bowling.  They loved it.  They had bumpers in the lanes and also a roller ramp to push the balls down.  After bowling we went back to our house for a taco bar and presents.  The boys were so excited to open presents.  Carter was giddy with excitement. They got so many toys there were having a hard time deciding which one to play with first.

 Bowling with Grandma Boone

Landon wanted this toy opened immediately.
Just what Carter needs...a remote control car!

Today we had the Christmas party at the playgroup.  The kids got to decorate sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles.  My boys ate all the frosting and used only a small speck to frost the cookie. Landon dipped everything in the frosting...grapes, cheese, triscits. Grandma Boone is in town for the holidays and she went with us to party.  The boys loved to show her everything that they like to play with there.

Grandma Boone is trying to help Landon frost the cookie but he wants to eat the frosting.

Love the frosting covered face!

 Rock Star Carter!
Move out of Landon's way! You will be run over!

When we back from the party we decided to decorate a gingerbread house.  I bought one last year on clearance at Target so we busted that out.  I knew that we weren't going to be eating it so we used the frosting and candy to decorate the roof.  The boys were having a great time and were super sticky when we were finished.

How cute are these boys!
