Christmas tree hunting with Grandma

It's time to grab our Christmas tree but unfortunately the tree farm we have been going to for several years closed down.  We stumbled upon a cute little tree farm called Wilcox Tree Farm in Grafton.  The weather was wonderful so we were looking forward to the adventure.  When we arrived they handed us a hand saw and said, "Go and find your tree".

The trees were sprinkled all over this beautiful field and they were all different sizes and shapes.  Grandma Angie was with us too.  We walked all over looking for the perfect tree.

Cutting it down ourselves was so much fun!  Each boy worked so hard to saw it down.

The Boone Family Christmas tree...of course the tree was quite far from the car so Bob and the boys had to drag it back to the trail for the tractor to pick us up.

The Boys are nothing but fun!

Nolan got so lucky because they let me stand on the pedal that shakes the tree.

Once we got the tree home, Clark Griswold (aka Bob Boone) began decorating the outside of the house.  Maw Maw got Landon this inflatable penguin during the summer and he has been anxiously waiting for the day we could put it out.

Last year Paw Paw got the boys a train for Christmas to put around our tree.  They were so excited to set it up.  Nolan wakes up early in the morning to start the train going around the tree. It's so festive at our house right now!
