Girls weekend COVID-style

A trip I always look forward to each year is "Girls Weekend"!  This year we all talked about what the right decision to do was with this crazy Covid-19 and many of us had to make the choice that was the best for our families.  We missed our sweet Megan (T-bone) Greiser this year because having to jump on a plane and travel was not a smart choice.  It was hard not having her there...she is a hole that can not be filled! Hopefully, life will be back to normal next summer so she can join us then!
We returned to our wonder Bluff's Cove house in Fennville, MI...it feels like home when we are all there together!
First-night sunset on Lake Michigan.

Early morning exercising together...running and walking together to sweat and chat.

We spent the majority of the time at our house to stay safe but ventured out our favorite antiquing shops with our masks and hand sanitizer.

This year all three (kelly, Melissa, and Mariah) brought their inflatable paddle boards. The lake was very calm and we all took turns paddling around.

This year we had the most beach we have ever had at the house.  It was so great to just walk down the small stairs to get to the beach.  The weather was warm and we spent most of day down there listening to music and enjoying everyone's company.

Our favorite antique shop still has some bizarre and creepy statues for purchase.  However, for us they make great photo props!

Beach day...hooray!

Evenings ended with a nice fire and beautiful sunset!

I think I have to get myself an inflatable paddle board because it is just so much fun!!!

Since our sweet T, (Megan) couldn't be there she sent a package to arrive at the house for all of us.  Last year Kelly grabbed each of us a cup and this year T created a vinyl sticker with each of our initials on it.  She is so thoughtful!

My role is to always bring either a foot mask or face mask for us to get our beauty on!  Oh how fun this was!

These girls are my support, my inspiration, my strength, and my laughter that helps me get through anything life throws at me.  So thankful for our friendship!
