Lake Ogemaw Vacation House with Friends

This past week we ventured up north to vacation with the Lokers and Coy families.  Bill snagged this amazing house. What a week! In the backyard beach, there was a huge wooden pirate ship play structure with a slide, climbing rope, cargo nets, and even a plank to walk.  The kids were so excited to check it out. Our kids slept so well while we were there that they were the last ones to rise. That was an absolute surprise being that we haven't had the best of luck with sleeping children for the past 6 years. We would begin each day with breakfast and then head out to the beach in the backyard where the kids would play for hours. The water temperature was decent…you know me, I'm not an eager swimmer when it comes to chilly water.  It didn't phase the kids or the men at all as they were jumping, swimming, and splashing each day.
