Christmas Day

I apologize because there hardly any photos from Christmas Day.  It was a paper tearing, celebrating, excitement filled splurge of time that went by so quickly we didn't have a hot second to grab the camera.  Santa brought the boys the Wii which if you know me and my thoughts on this was a very difficult decision to make.  The look on the boys faces as they realized what they had unwrapped was just great.  As the wrapping paper settled they sprinted to the basement to try their best at Mario and Sonic. (Side Note: They are following strict guidelines set up by their enforcing parents which became a signed contract…legal document…it will stand up in court if it has to come to that) Boys and video games not my favorite cup of tea.  Enough from on top of my ranting soap box!
Here are all the kiddos in their Christmas pajamas. Addie is wearing her Elsa night gown over top.
Maw Maw helping Nolan and Addie mix together some fun!

Aunt D and Uncle Edd gave the boys this super cool race track with charging cars.  I love the smiles on the faces of the boys.  They have such a good time playing together when they don't argue.

Christmas Day is my Dad's birthday!  I know crazy right! This year he turned the big 60…we sang, ate cake, and Grandma and Grandpa Grocho even made it up to share in the excitement!

A quick Christmas "cheese"

This box turned out to be one of the most fun toys of the day.  It even was used to slide down the stairs head first…boys will be boys!

Decorating gingerbread train cookies…best of buds.

Sugar mayhem…lots more eating than decorating!
Christmas day continues to be such a fast paced kind of day but we love the excitement and the house full of those we love.
