Holiday in the panhandle
Christmas is always a wonderful time of the year. Last year we scheduled a visit with Danielle and her family and we decided to repeat it again this year. The boys woke up early on Christmas morning...before the sunrise...and stormed the bedrooms of Maw Maw and Paw Paw and coaxed Bob and I downstairs too. It was a blissful morning as the boys unwrapped their presents from us and their gift from Santa. Our favorite gift the boys received was their new robes to wear to the hot tub. We cracked up because they insisted on wearing them all day long. After we finished opening presents we loaded up the cars and started our road trip to Florida. Our first stop was once again Lousiville Kentucky. The temperature was in 60's so we walked down to the Bourbon Barrel Photo Opp. Next, we walked down through Fourth Street to see the extra-large Christmas tree. Early the next morning we continued south but stopped once in Alabama to see Hurrican Creek....
